As soon as our company receives the e-mail or fax you send, you will be contacted and you will be informed how to return the product. It must be sent back with the product in the invoice issued in your name. The price of another product or product instead of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card or account. Transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by you. General Return and Exchange Conditions * Refunds must be made with the original box or packaging. * The original box / packaging is damaged, the labels on the product have been removed, assembled or damaged in any way, it has lost its resalability. Returns of products that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. * You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies of you) and the reason for the return with the product you want to return. * If the product / products you want to return are defective, the product will be delivered to you. The shipping fee is paid by our company if it is returned with the courier company. Products damaged during a should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be kept by the transport company. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, after sending the invoice to our store with the returned product, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one; transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by you.
